1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or purchasing from The Ultimate Health Coach Success Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or products.
2. Digital Products
All products sold are digital downloads. Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to download your purchased resources from your customer dashboard. You are responsible for downloading and storing your files.
3. License & Usage
Standard products are licensed for your personal use within your own coaching business. You may edit and brand them for use with your clients. You may not resell, redistribute or share the templates as-is. The VIP Upgrade Package includes Private Label Rights (PLR) and a Commercial Use License with expanded permissions as described on its product page.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes.
5. Refunds
Because our products are instant-access digital goods, all sales are generally final. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs and templates remain the intellectual property of The Ultimate Health Coach Success Store unless otherwise granted under a PLR or commercial license.
